| GEDOR | A city in the mountains of Judah, surrounded by fat pastures, and formerly occupied by the Amalekites, 1Ch 4:39; 12:7; Jos 15:58. It is now called Jedur, and lies about eight miles southwest of Bethlehem. Gedor is also the name of a man, 1Ch 8:31; 9:37. |
