Isa 14:6 Basic English He whose rod was on the peoples with an unending wrath, ruling the nations in passion, with an uncontrolled rule.
  King James He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.
