Ps 52:9 King James I will praise thee for ever, because thou hast done it: and I will wait on thy name; for it is good before thy saints.

hast done--that is, what the context supplies, "preserved me" (compare Psa 22:31).

wait . . . name--hope in Thy perfections, manifested for my good (Psa 5:11; Psa 20:1).

for it is good--that is, Thy name, and the whole method or result of its manifestation (Psa 54:6; Psa 69:16).

11 But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

4 Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.
5 He shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth.
6 I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good.
7 For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.
20 The LORD was ready to save me: therefore we will sing my songs to the stringed instruments all the days of our life in the house of the LORD.
1 Praise ye the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation.
18 I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.
25 My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.
31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
17 And I will wait upon the LORD, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.
3 I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.
34 Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.
9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.
