2Ki 14:26 Strong Concordance For the LORD [03068] saw [07200] the affliction [06040] of Israel [03478], that it was very [03966] bitter [04784]: for there was not [0657] any shut up [06113], nor any left [05800], nor any helper [05826] for Israel [03478].
  King James For the LORD saw the affliction of Israel, that it was very bitter: for there was not any shut up, nor any left, nor any helper for Israel.

The affliction of Israel - That which the Israelites had suffered for two reigns at the hands of the Syrians Kg2 10:32-33; Kg2 13:3, Kg2 13:7,Kg2 13:22.

There was not any shut up, nor any left - A phrase implying complete depopulation (see the marginal reference note; Kg1 14:10), but here meaning no more than extreme depression and weakness.
