1Ki 15:22 Strong Concordance Then king [04428] Asa [0609] made a proclamation [08085] throughout all Judah [03063]; none was exempted [05355]: and they took [05375] away the stones [068] of Ramah [07414], and the timber [06086] thereof, wherewith Baasha [01201] had builded [01129]; and king [04428] Asa [0609] built [01129] with them Geba [01387] of Benjamin [01144], and Mizpah [04709].
  King James Then king Asa made a proclamation throughout all Judah; none was exempted: and they took away the stones of Ramah, and the timber thereof, wherewith Baasha had builded; and king Asa built with them Geba of Benjamin, and Mizpah.

Then king Asa made a proclamation--The fortifications which Baasha had erected at Ramah were demolished, and with the materials were built other defenses, where Asa thought they were needed--at Geba (now Jeba) and Mizpeh (now Neby Samuil), about two hours' travelling north of Jerusalem.
